Commercial ›Allergy MD‹
The Allergy MD spot demonstrates Optix's character animation skills. A wild, allergen infested field provided a perfect setting for an Allergy medication box to be brought to life to wage battle with grass, dandelions and other characters. Detailed models were created for the allergens and animated to give them an aggressive personality as they attacked the Allergy MD box - which comes to life fighting them back and mowing down the entire scene in the process. Grass was "grown" procedurally and mowed down using a dynamic process that followed the animation of the box - allowing maximum flexibility for the animation director. As a final touch - particle systems were used to add flying dandelion puffs, a result of the pummeling that the box gives the various allergens.
