Dish:Women,Waitressing & The Art Of Service is a Feature Documentary about female waitresses and their roles and expectations around the globe, which debuted at the 2010 Hot Docs festival with three sold-out screenings. Red Queen Productions brought the online to Optix, and most of our post-production team played a role in finishing the piece; David Hedley completed the Colour Grading, and Mark Driver and Eric Wheatley contributed to the conform and final mastering.
