Lesley Saliwonchyk

Lesley joined Optix as In House Producer in August 2008. With a degree from Ryerson University in Radio and Television Arts, she has spent 13 years working in a variety of live action and animated television genres such as Royal Canadian Air Farce, RedGreen, the Gemini and Genie Awards, Canadian Idol, Food Network, Nelvana, Teletoon and more. Lesley’s on-air experience has included radio spots and a hosting role that taught her how to hot wire a Porsche and get out of a boa constrictor attack. Life skills!
With a passion for post production and 2D/3D animation combined with a natural love of trouble-shooting, problem solving and working with a creative and motivated team, Lesley is thrilled to be part of Optix Digital Pictures and Sound.
Outside the office, Lesley is a fan of anything that takes her outdoors. Yoga and singing are everyday things. Her friends and family are incredible and fully support her career.
